Angela Towe

Angela is a teacher, fitness instructor, complementary therapist and sports therapist. She has a passion for teaching fitness and really enjoys helping people to improve their health, fitness, posture and well-being. She endeavours to differentiate the exercises in her classes in order to cater for the individual needs of each and every participant.

David Booth

David has been in the fitness industry for over 10 years and loves everything about it! He teaches everything from Yoga, Boxercise, HIIT and Spin to more functional core stability sessions as well as a bit of Aqua!

Stacey Chadwick

Stacey started off working at the Waterside in the Leisure team and as part of her journey became a team leader and class instructor. Although she is no longer a member of staff at the club she still teaches Aqua and hopes to see you in her class soon.

Niki believes exercise is a way of life not a chore so she strives to make all her classes lively and fun, whilst of course still enabling you to get the best results from your training and to develop your body. Niki's personal favourite quote is: "Fit is a way of life, not a destination".

Dawn teaches a number of classes at the club including Fitball, Aqua, Stretch & Sculpt, Body Conditioning and Low & Tone. Dawn's advice is don't be afraid to try new things, not only will your body thank you but your mind will too.
