Alignment and Strength
This creative workout, combines the precision of Pilates, alignment of yoga and the grace and technique of ballet. Add to this the strength from sports conditioning and you have all the elements of a typical Barre session.
Our Instructors
Natalie Hesketh
Natalie has taught classes at Waterside since 2012 and joined the team as Studio Co-Ordinator in 2016 and over the years her role has developed to Group Fitness Manager. She's feels very lucky to be part of the team and to be teaching weekly Body Conditioning, Pilates and Dance Floor Fillers classes.
Carlotta Tocci
Fitness and wellbeing has always been Carlotta's way of living and she is looking forward to sharing her enthusiasm and passion with you all. She can’t wait to start and support you all on your fitness journey, whether you’d like a chat or are in need of any advice, feel free to speak to her.
Hannah Goulding
Hannah has been involved in group exercise for over 15 years. She has taught various forms of fitness from Aerobics, Dance, Step, Conditioning and Yoga. Hannah's role at Waterside is to launch brand new concepts and work on new projects at the club.
