Chloe%20Daniels

Chloe Daniels

Chloe has been coaching 1-1 and group classes for 2 years now, helping individuals grow physically and mentally in the gym. Her aim is to provide a safe space for you to push yourself to the best or your ability. Specialising in weight loss, strength and conditioning, Her classes offer high intensity while using weights to build muscle. Wether your goal is to tone up, work on your endurance or just to clear your mind, her classes are designed to elevate your mindset on fitness.

Dawn Sackett

You will always receive a warm welcome to Dawn's classes and her job is to help you on your fitness journey whether you are new to fitness or a seasoned exerciser. Dawn teaches a number of classes at the club including Fitball, Aqua, Stretch & Sculpt, Body Conditioning and Low & Tone. Dawn's advice is don't be afraid to try new things, not only will your body thank you but your mind will too.

Michelle Mercer

Michelle has always had a keen interest in fitness and always loved attending classes. After having her children she decided to completely change her career and become part of the fitness industry and she's never looked back. Michelle absolutely loves teaching classes and motivating members.

Natalie Hesketh

Natalie has taught classes at Waterside since 2012 and joined the team as Studio Co-Ordinator in 2016 and over the years her role has developed to Group Fitness Manager. She's feels very lucky to be part of the team and to be teaching weekly Body Conditioning, Pilates and Dance Floor Fillers classes.

Niki Trevena-Carey

Niki started her journey at the club as a member of staff many years ago, continuing to be the popular instructor she is today. She believes exercise is a way of life not a chore so she strives  to make all her classes lively and fun, whilst of course still enabling you to get the best results from your training and to develop your body.  Niki's personal favourite quote 'Fit is a way of life, not a destination.

Rebecca Lister

Rebecca has been teaching exercise classes for over 20 years. She is Mummy to two little boys so she knows how important it is to stay fit and healthy. Her classes always have motivating music and are for all levels.

Body Conditioning is a full-body workout class designed to improve strength, endurance, flexibility, and overall fitness. It typically includes a combination of cardio exercises, strength training, and core workouts.

Body Conditioning classes are suitable for individuals of all fitness levels. Modifications can be made to accommodate beginners, while more advanced participants can challenge themselves with higher intensity variations.

Waterside Body Conditioning classes last 45 minutes. You must complete both the warm-up and cool down.

No prior experience is necessary. Instructors will provide modifications for beginners and ways to increase intensity for more advanced participants.

Benefits include improved cardiovascular health, increased muscle strength, enhanced flexibility, better posture, higher energy levels, and overall physical fitness.
