Meet Eugene Sobers 

Certified Level 3 fitness coach with over a decade of experience, specializing in functional fitness, strength & conditioning, boot camp, HITT, TABATA, and boxing. Also skilled in personal training, boxing coaching, and Muay Thai training. Certified in Level 2 fitness instruction, personal training, instructing circuits, kettlebell, and Boxercise.

Approach: Focuses on technique, motivation, and dedication to help clients achieve their best selves. Personal touch: Finds motivation in clients reaching their goals, like winning a weight loss challenge in just 90 days for a client facing physical and mental hurdles.
