Our circuits instructor
I’m Rae, I’ve been working in the fitness industry for almost 10 years and I tailor my coaching to help women and the LGBTQ+ community on their fitness journey.
Training is integral to my gender identity and helped me rebuild my relationship with my own body post-pregnancy.
Low confidence or not conforming to gender norms is often a barrier to people’s access to training and I want to change that.
