A stability ball fitness class is a group exercise session that incorporates stability balls (also known as Swiss balls or exercise balls) to enhance strength, balance, and core stability through various exercises

Most classes provide stability balls, but if you prefer using your own, ensure it meets the recommended size for your height.

Absolutely! Stability ball fitness classes are designed for participants of all fitness levels. Instructors often offer modifications to accommodate beginners while still challenging more advanced participants.

Wear comfortable workout attire and supportive athletic shoes. Avoid loose clothing that may get caught in the stability ball.

Always consult with your healthcare provider before starting any new exercise program. However, stability ball exercises are often recommended for improving core strength, which may benefit individuals with certain types of back issues

Expect improved core strength, better balance, enhanced posture, and increased overall body stability. Additionally, you may experience improved flexibility and muscle tone.

No prior experience is required. Instructors tailor exercises to accommodate various fitness levels, making it accessible for beginners and seasoned exercisers alike.
