You will always receive a warm welcome to Dawn's classes and her job is to help you on your fitness journey whether you are new to fitness or a seasoned exerciser. Dawn teaches a number of classes at the club including Fitball, Aqua, Stretch & Sculpt, Body Conditioning and Low & Tone. Dawn's advice is don't be afraid to try new things, not only will your body thank you but your mind will too.
