Don is moving into his 27th year and enjoying getting members of all ages to achieve their personal goals! Don's teaching has been diverse from delivering Dance/Core conditioning/Holistic and clinical evidence based exercise, and Ju Jitsu. Don has always maintained his health to the highest standards. In fact it’s been his hobby from 8 years old.

Tricia belives that Yoga is one of life’s experiential teachings, you have to do it to understand it. Sometimes easy, sometimes challenging, but never boring; as how you feel on a day to day basis changes, so will your practice. Yoga is how you access and recognise what is happening, whether emotional or physical. Release the body, and the mind will follow.
