Jason Bate
Jason is a 53 year old (now part-time) fitness professional with over twenty years experience. Although qualified in multiple disciplines he specialises in HIIT spin and pump workouts.
HIIT (high intensity interval training) spin is a vigorous class that comprises of a series of sprints, approximately 6minutes in total, over a forty five minute class.

Dionne Armstrong
Dionne became a Gym Instructor and Personal trainer in 2009, she truly believes you should live your dream and since having her son she got back into teaching fitness. In 2015 she became a Zumba instructor and following on from that Pump, Clubbercise, Hiitstep to name a few concepts... Dionne loves putting the fun into fitness, she's always ready to party in her classes and loves making everyone feel included you will never feel like a newbie with Dionne.
