Fenia Papoulia
Fenia has been teaching Yoga and Pilates for 4 years, mainly Hatha and Vinyasa for all levels and a little bit of Yin too! She has 2 degrees in psychology and specialises in mental health, autism and learning disabilities. She is currently training in Yoga for trauma. Students enjoy her classes due to her warm, funny and unassuming nature, combined with that fiery Mediterranean temperament. Fenia will encourage you to use your inner wisdom and take what you choose from Yoga, whether it is for fitness and diversifying your exercise regime, perfecting your positions and alignment, or using it for fun, relaxation and improving your mental health.
