Our Yoga Principles Instructors
Rosanne trained in India for 2 months to follow her passion in Yoga. She fell in love with yoga as it was her space to relax, connect and understand herself more both physically and mentally. This is reflected in the way she offers practice. Yoga principles is a practice of bringing it back to the basics; the breath! A breath-led practice where you are invited to be in your own body, be curious to explore what feels good; to build a healthy relationship with your mind, body and soul. Every month, the same routine is offered to allow you to knowwhat to expect and explore the modifications that feel good for you. A gentle start to your Tuesday morning
How to book
